Cau restaurant extends al fresco dining in St Katherine Docks

Cau restaurant (part of the Gaucho Group) obtained a heavily contested licence variation before Tower Hamlets' licensing sub-committee permitting them to substantially extend their al fresco dining offering in London's historic St Katherine Docks.
